Passing of His Grace Shivananda Prabhu
   Hare Krishna, sad to inform those who do not know, His Grace Shivananda Das has passed away on Monday morning. He had recently moved to Dallas and stayed at the ashram here and worked at Kalachandji's Restaurant. Some of you only met him recently only know him in his struggle with his illness but still I think all of you could see his genuine sweetness. He always very polite and kind. Even though he was struggling with his situation he never gave up God. He would constantly sing with joy the Holy Names in the court yard and would read profusely throughout the day. Despite his struggles he never wanted to loose sight of the goal of life, To develop one's love for the Supreme Lord. All glories to Shivananda Prabhu Cremation services with kirtan for His Grace Shivananda Das, Joshua Minshew, will take place this Saturday June 26th at 10am DFW Crematorium at 7220 FM 1187, Mansfield, TX. 76063 (817) 282-0858 The memorial service will be followed at 2pm Kalachandji's Restaurant & Palace 5430 Gurley Ave Dallas TX 75223 in the temple room. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend both of these functions.
