Saturday, November 28th - Gita Jayanti On Saturday, November 28th we will be celebrating Gita Jayanti, which commemorates the Bhagavad Gita being spoken to Arjuna by Lord Krishna before the battle of Kuruksetra.
We will be reciting all 700 verses of the Gita in Sanskrit, followed by the English translation. If you are interested in leading the reading one of the chapters, please contact Nityananda Chanda at 214-669-3369.
