| Saturday, July 4th Community Picnic Radhanatha's Ranch in Terrell EVERYONE is invited!!! There will be a picnic at Radhanatha's ranch on Saturday, July 4th. Prasadam will be served at 4:00 p.m. Prasadam will be potluck. Call Dharma on his cell at 214-402-8452 to coordinate the prasadam. Directions to the ranch are as follows: take Hwy 80 East all the way to Terrell * go through the city of Terrell * at the edge of town, you will see an Exxon station on the left * the road there is 429 North * take a left on 429 North * go EXACTLY 7 miles to Cedar Grove Rd * you can only go right there, take a right go down 1/2 mile * there will be an open beige security gate * the house number is 7561, and there is a beige barn directly behind the house. VERY IMPORTANT: Below is a letter from Dharma Prabhu outlining the new picnic rules. Please read carefully. Hare Krishna to all. PAMHO! In an effort to improve our picnics at His Grace Radhanath Prabhu's, the following NEW RULES are being established. 1. The picnics are totally "Pot Luck," so everyone must cook and bring something in a large enough quantity sufficient to feed others. The temple will no longer provide bread or trays of prasadam. Chips or store-bought food should not be brought as a substitute, unless it is an addition to another preparation. Devotees are asked to bring varied dishes such as pasta, rice dishes, subjis, salads or desserts. Please call me to let me know what you'd like to make so we'll have a mix of items to eat. My cell is 214-402-8452. 2. Prasadam will be served at 4pm. We ask all the devotees to arrive by this time so that we can eat together. Prasadam will not be served prior to this time. If you need to eat prior to 4 p.m. please bring something for yourself. 3. Only water and ice will be provided for drinks. No sodas or other drinks will be provided unless someone wants to make a quantity drink. Drinks are up to each person to bring for themselves. No one should bring sodas as a substitute for prasadam. 4. The doors to Radhanatha Prabhu's house MUST remain CLOSED at all times to keep out mosquitoes and flies. Please be sure to completely close the door each time you leave or enter. Please do not enter the house when wet or dirty. 5. Children will not be allowed to swim without PARENTS or a specified ADULT guardian with them. Parents must watch their kids in the pool AT ALL TIMES. No one else is responsible for your children. Everyone attending these picnics agrees to hold harmless Radhanth Prabhu and his wife Debra from any injury or harm they sustain while visiting their property. Please make a sincere effort to follow these rules. We are fortunate that Radhanath Prabhu and his wife let us use their property and are so generous to the devotees.
